ALIGUE PASTA


Ingredients:

1/2 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 (52 g) head garlic, minced
1 (227 g) bottle store-bought aligue or crab fat
1 (150 g) pc lemon, juice squeezed
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley
200 g spaghetti, cooked according to package directions

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan then sauté garlic.
  2. Add aligue and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and season with pepper. Cook for about 1 more minute and stir in chopped parsley. Cool.
  4. Top aligue on spaghetti. Serve warm.

Makes 4 servings.

Tip/s:

  • You can substitute 8 pc calamansi for lemon juice.
