AFFOGATO


Ingredients:

1 (425 ml) pint MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM CLASSIC VANILLA
1 tbsp prepared SAN MIG BARAKO 3-in-1 COFFEE, dissolved in 1 cup hot water
1/2 cup GRAN MATADOR BRANDY
cinnamon powder
MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM, whipped (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Divide ice cream among heatproof glasses, coffee cups or bowls.
  2. Just before serving, pour 1/4 cup hot coffee and 2 tbsp brandy on each glass.
  3. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve at once.

Makes 4 servings.
